Crybaby Wax is committed to making our website and products usable by as many people as possible, including people who rely on assistive technology.

What we are doing

• We design with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our reference standard.
• Our site uses semantic headings, descriptive link text, and alt text on product and editorial images.
• We test key flows (browsing, product pages, cart, and checkout) with keyboard navigation.
• We review color contrast against our brand palette so text stays readable.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is not a one-time project. We audit pages as we add them and fix issues as we find them. Some third-party tools embedded on our site (such as reviews, chat, and cookie preferences) are provided by outside vendors, and we work with those vendors to improve their accessibility.
